The pain management massage is perfect for someone who is recovering from an injury, has chronic pain, or an area of the body that always seems to be sore or tight. If you suffer from headaches, plantar fasciitis, carpel tunnel, TMJ disorder, back or neck pain, this massage is for you!

This massage uses advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue to get to the root cause of the issue. The massage session not only targets where you experience pain and tension, but addresses related areas of the body that can be causing the issue.  After each session, your therapist will suggest various stretches, exercises, and posture modifications to aid you in your recovery between massage sessions.  Cupping and herbal liniment are included with this treatment if deemed appropriate by your therapist.
